Easy senior guy poses are my key to a successful session, Most senior guys do not know how to pose. It’s probably the first time they are in front of the camera by themselves. Most guys haven’t spent time thinking of their “good side” like girls have. And they have most likely not spent hours on end looking in the mirror thinking of what they look like in photos.
This is why my job is so important. I have photographed a lot of senior boys and I feel like I know how to help them relax. A relaxed senior will look and feel better than someone that is stressed and worried what he will look like.
We all get stressed when schedule photos. And teen boys don’t really want to stop what they are doing to take photos. But from my experience most, if not all, end up having a great time. Who wouldn’t? You get to have an afternoon when all the attention is for you and you get some great photos!
The key to a successful session is to start with some easy senior guy poses. Something that all guys are comfortable doing. If they see that it’s not that hard and they look good it doesn’t take long for them to get their confidence. I would say that what most guys is that they don’t want to look “stupid”. And that is probably true of everyone. However, when you are a teenage boy that is pretty high in your priority list.
