This year went by so fast! I already had my Christmas minis in The Woodlands. That means that people will be ordering Christmas cards soon. How can we be here so soon again? 2019 was a very eventful year for us as we sent our first born to college!!! I was not ready. I am thankful that I have my photography to keep me busy and that I love doing it. As an extra bonus some of my clients have little ones! Oh what fun it was to see all of them this year. All the toddlers made an appearance this year and they were soooo cute!
Every year I am so afraid of what the weather is going to look like for my minis. This year it was COLD. I must admit I loved it. The forest leaves were turning and all the outfits were perfect for the weather. I brought a couple of blankets in case they got cold so I was prepared.
The sessions went so well. All the kids were a little shy at the beginning but I got them to open up. Some candy bribing might have been involved but I will blame the parents on that.
The park where we met for the sessions was super busy. I guess Jones State Forest is a popular spot for Christmas pictures. There were photographers everywhere but we found a cute little spot and that is all we needed. The light was gorgeous everywhere! And the humidity was low which was great for everyone’s hair. (If you are from Houston you understand.)
Now all the Christmas minis galleries have been delivered and I have some very happy families. I can’t wait until next year and I get to see everyone again (just one year older).
