Senior pictures in downtown Houston is one of my favorite to shoot. Downtown has so many places that are different and fun. If feels like a very youthful location which makes it great for a senior session.
We planned Sophie’s session to be downtown. She didn’t want a field of flowers or a forest. She wanted something hip and fun. Downtown fit her perfectly. Urban areas are great because they can have different looks. It can be sophisticated, cool, fun, hip, etc.
Sophie booked me for my Platinum Package so she got to change outfits and it gave us extra time to explore several locations. We started with a beautiful red dress. She stopped traffic with it! GORGEOUS!
We walked around some more and got more great pictures with the red dress.
Outfit number 2 for Senior Pictures
A quick outfit change and we had a brand new Sophie. I love how the clothes change the personality of my seniors. The photos are very different photos depending on what they are wearing. I could tell that Sophie loved how she felt in the next outfit. She rocked it.
New outfit, new attitude, more fun spots for our senior session in downtown Houston. I could have taken pictures all afternoon. And I think my senior would have let me. She had so much fun!
We moved on to one of my favorite walls. We were lucky too; there were no cars parked in front of it and not a lot of people to share the wall with. PERFECT CONDITIONS!

One big detail that I forgot to add the the post earlier is that Sophie hired someone to do her hair and makeup. Not only does professional hair and makeup look amazing in your photos it also makes you feel amazing!!! It is totally worth making the investment!
